Support

The Natchez Trace Council, BSA (formerly the Yocona-Pushmataha Council), has been serving the 22 counties of Northeast Mississippi since 1925. Scouting serves young men and women in age-appropriate programs from Kindergarten through age 20, built on the ideals of Character Development, Leadership, Personal Fitness, and Citizenship.

When a youth or adult registers in Scouting, their fees are passed through to fund our National Headquarters. Since none of those registration fees are kept by the local council all our funding comes through donations, special fundraising events (tournaments, Scouting banquets), product sales (like Scout Popcorn and Camp Cards), retail sales of Scouting program items, event and facility rental fees, and through grants, investment income and United Way support.

The quickest way to support Scouting is to click the "Donate" button on this website, but we also have numerous events and fundraising activities during the year that you can support, too.

Please contact the Scout Executive if you are interested in additional opportunities such as planned giving, capital gifts, project sponsorships, or gifts-in-kind.
